Student - Parent – Teacher Conferences
Dear Parents/Guardians,
You will receive your child’s Progress Report on Tuesday, November
11th, 2014. I would like to discuss the report
with you to review your child’s progress, curriculum expectations, and to plan
goals for improvement for future success. I will be available to meet with you
on the evening of Thursday, November 13th, 2014 and the morning of Friday,
November 14th, 2014.
Please see the timetable below and indicate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
choice for your
preferred date and time to meet by placing a 1, 2, or 3 next to the time slot
listed. Conferences will be scheduled on a first-come first-served basis and a
confirmation will be sent home with the progress report.

Student-Parent-Teacher Conference
November 2014
Dear Parents/Guardians,
You are invited to attend your child’s progress report conference!
During the conference your child will take on a lead role in presenting, explaining, and reflecting on their learning. It is key that each student is present at the conference along with parents and/or families. The student will initiate conversations about the curriculum they have covered thus far. The conversations will be between parents/guardians and students. The teacher will be a facilitator during the 15-minute conference.
Students are thrilled to be able to share their thinking and knowledge with you.
By working together, we can support your child’s learning. I look forward to seeing you on your specified conference day and time.
