We watched a video about mental health(it involved a talking ant.)This is what we learned:Empathy,community,team work and trust are some of the words that describe mental health.In the video kids were being mean to each other.Mental health could be good or bad.Sometimes mental health could be dangerous.If you are in a very deep or bad depression you could be on a hunger strike or you could harm yourself.Near the end of the day,we watched 2 other videos.The first one was basics and the other was sort of complicated,but the class still under stood the 2 one.
We also learned what a Frayer Model is.A frayer Model is sort of like a mind map and like a concept chart.That's what we learned today!
